Can Allah create a rock which He cannot lift?

Question: Some atheists object to ALLAH's presence with this question: "if ALLAH is almighty, can ALLAH create a rock which he cannot lift up? " If you say "Allah can create", atheits reply with "So Allah cannot lift the rock up. Then he isn't almighty. This situation conflicts with the "almigthy" attribute so there is no GOD. " if you say "NO", atheits reply with "so Allah is not omnipotent, in this case there is a contradiction with the main attribute so there is no GOD". What can we say to these kind of people?

These kind of people know well that Alah exists and He is the only god. But still they compare themselves with Him and compete with Him.

The Glorified Allah commands:
“So do not liken anything to Allah. Indeed, Allah knows and you do not know.” (An-Nahl/ The Bee 16:74)

“There is nothing like unto Him, and He is The All Hearing, The All Seeing. “ (Ash-Shura/ Consultation 42:11)

“Nor is there to Him any equivalent.” (Al-Ikhlas/ The Purity 112:4)

The “Qadir” attribute of Allah means that “He gives the beings the power He would like to and sets boundaries to them”. (Ibn Faris, Mu’jamu’l-Maqayis Fi’l-Lugha.)

Human being’s knowledge and power have limits. Allah commands about this:

“…And they cannot comprehend anything of His knowledge save whatever He Himself lets them know…” (Al-Baqarah/ The Cow 2:255)

“Say: “If the sea were to become ink to record the Words of my Lord, indeed the sea would be all used up before the Words of my Lord are exhausted, and it would be the same even if We were to bring an equal amount of ink.”” (Al-Kahf/ The Cave 18:109)

“And if whatever trees upon the earth were pens and the sea [was ink], replenished thereafter by seven [more] seas, the words of Allah would not be exhausted. Indeed, Allah is The Glorious and The Wise. “ (Luqman 31:27)
