Holding hands with the fiancée

Question: Is it permitted for me to hold hands with my fiancée, or kiss her?

Holding hands, kissing, hugging and any other type of physical contact with someone you are not married with is forbidden, just as intercourse is. They are all considered as “approaching” to unlawful intimacy. The almighty God uses the expression “do not approach” about a limited number of prohibitions. This is one of them:

“And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is an outrageous act and an evil way.” (Al-Isra/The Night Journey 17:32)

So, you must protect yourself from intimacy with anyone from opposite sex with whom you are not married with.
