Suretul-Asr
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
1- (I swear) By Al-’Asr (the time).
2- Verily, the man is in loss,
3- Except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth, and recommend one another to patience.

If no pressure or force is allowed in Islam, how do you explain this hadith?
