Does it form any problem in İslam to use the name “Mary”, as it is used in English for a muslim child?

A Muslim can use the name “Mary” for his child. One of the Messenger’s wifes was called Mariye and she did not change this name after accepting İslam.

Is fornication considered zina?
My elder son is from my earlier wife who passed away and he was 12 years old at that time. I remarried. Now, can my son marry my present wife's sister who is much younger than my wife. We had no relationship with my wife's family before my marriage. Please inform the Islamic ruling on this.

Please do not tell to follow the parents in this regard as her father is acting like Hindu, deviding ummah on the basis of cast which is forbidden in Islam, isn't it?
Inshallah I will be getting married in the next few months.Currently we are living abroad.My fiance has been away from his parents for nearly three or four years, since they live back home in an Asian country. He insists that after few years of our marriage he wants to go back to his parents and live with them forever , as one whole, big family. I'm okay with going back to my own country, but living with my in-laws life-long does not seem like a very pleasing idea. When I explained this to him, he became very upset. Please could you advice me, according to Islam, what I should be doing and what is the right thing to do.
