Islam and the Quran

Morals

Question: I'm little bit bad tempered. I want to be a better person, what would you advise me?

People who wondered about the morals of prophet asked his wife, Aisha about it and she responded as the following:

“Don’t you ever read Quran? His morals was Quran.” (Muslim, Salat al-Musafirin, 139/746).

Statement of Aisha comprises the answer of your question. Quran is good morals. Taking the morality of the prophet as an example requires you to obey the commands of Allah. If you do what Quran commands and avoid what Quran forbids, your morality and your life will prosper.

Allah the Almighty commands:

“Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer; We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward according to the best of what they did, and we will forgive them their bad deeds.” (16:97)
