Can a person choose the facilitator madhab’s interpretation?

Question: I have read your comments about loyalty to Fiqh Madhhabs. If a person in a position to choose between different Madhhabs chooses the facilitator’s interpretation, what is the liability of person in sight of Allah?

There is no inconvenience if the preference of interpretation does not oppose Qur’an or hadiths. This is the basic measure of acting on madhhabs’ opinions. As long as it is not contrary to this measure, the person can act by the view of any Madhhab.
