Answer:
If you didn’t pay anything extra for the lottery ticket, then it will be like a gift. So there’s nothing wrong about it, it doesn’t count as gambling. It doesn’t make it a gamble if the Mall determines people who will win the car by drawing of lots. What makes it gamble is that you are paying an extra something to join it or not.
