Is the holiday prayer an obligation?

Question: Is the holiday prayer an obligation? Do we have to offer it even if we live in a Non-Muslim country?

Holiday prayers should be offered all together. If you have a Muslim community in the vicinity, you need to come together in the feast morning and offer the holiday prayer with takbirs. If there is no one to come together and pray, then you won’t be responsible.
